Ball review:

The new Cyclone from Ebonite is the replacement of the Tornado, but in reality it’s a big upgrade for the Entry Level line.

The Cyclone has the very succesful GB 10.7 coverstock from The One and Gamebreaker. This gives it lot stronger roll and makes it handle a lot more oil than the Tornados. The new core-design also gives it a good amount of flare.

This makes the Cyclone usable on both medium and shorter oil patterns. It reads the midlane a lot better than I expected and is nice and smooth. As soon as there’s some friction I think this will be a good option.

The Cyclone will give a lot more value for money in the lower price range and will be a great compliment for both new and experienced players.

Very reliable ball for a very good price. This lay out works perfect on shorter and medium patterns.

Ball review:

This ball should be a entry level ball but I think you get much more than that. With the ball polished you get a lot of length and a nice backend. I decided to change the surface a little, 1000 Abralon+Polish gave me a bit more midlane read and this ball will be really good on the medium patterns for me.

Ball review:

The Cyclone is an entry level reactive ball but reacts like a midrange ball. The proven GB 10.7 (The One, Gamebreaker etc.) performs once again. The new core and highly polished cover gives this ball more than enough length. Best suited for medium/low volume patterns or on broken down patterns.

Ball review:

I were thrilled to try the new ball from Ebonites lower/middle performance series, the Ebonite Cyclone. Dispite that not much information were released before I decided to drill it with my favorite lay-out, were although knew that it was going to be with the famous “The One” surface along with the torque coverstock.

I have used mine mostly on medium and short oil-profiles. It is quite strong in the backend out of box and it have been used with success on the short profiles after some games more inside of the lane. An alternative could also be to dull it a bit up on the medium profiles, which make it way more controllable.
