Ball review:

The Hardcore Brawl is second in the Hardcore series, and released as a mid-performance ball. I must admit that the ball motion seemed pretty strange in the beginning, due to the combination of surface, the bullet look-a-like core and the drilling.

However, some polish and a couple of games have made it to a kick-ass ball! I can use it on both short and medium oil with great length without being too aggressive in the end. It applies to both league and sport patterns.

Ball review:

The Brawl combines a strong cover from the Black Widow Sting and a higher RG, medium diff core from the Grind.
I decided to go in a different direction with this ball as I tried the Rico-layout to give me something completely different than my other medium balls.

I got quite a good amount of flare, which also makes this ball smooth out the backend like it is intended with this layout and give me a medium ball that will control the pattern.

Because of the higher RG the Brawl is able to get through the fronts, but still reads the midlane and that will make it possible to stay a little straighter with this ball on fresher conditions. It will also make it possible to push it through the fronts and control the friction, when the lanes break down and get a little spotty.

Ball review:

This is the 2nd release in the Hardcore line. The Bullet core gives this ball lope through the mid lane with a lot of back end motion. Due to the nature of the core/cover combo the Brawl works best on medium patterns preferably broken down a bit. For me it seems to need friction to really show it’s potential but once it gets going it’s a hard hitting beast

Ball review:

The Hammer Hardcore Brawl is the 2nd ball in the Hammer Hardcore line. It’s a ball I have drilled for fresh oil. It doens’t flare all that much, but it has a nice early stop reaction. The Brawl is a weaker dull ball, for when there isn’t a lot of oil on the lanes, and when you have to create some control when shiny balls turns the corner to sharply.

I would probably use this ball mostly when I need to play really tight, or if I have to stand far to the right on the lanes. It should also be a good ball for shorter oil patterns when you want that stop reaction before the pocket.
