Ball review:
The 916 All-Terrain balls was launched online together with newly signed Track staff Walther Ray Williams, and has impressive specs. An asymmetric LEGGO 2 core together with the semi-matte surface creates the potential of a really strong ball – and that’s exactly the impression that I got when testing. With an “aggressive” layout I can use this on most long patterns, and on league patterns with a decent amount of oil.
The number 9 means high performance and 16 is the core strength – numbers that do not lie in terms of hook.
I use it mostly in beginning of tournaments, and as deep as possible. However there are lots of ways to drill this ball and therefore a lot of versatility which fits to the “All Terrain” promotion.
As a final note to this ball, the pin carry is remarkable. Even though I threw a couple of bad shots the pins flew around as I normally don’t see it!

Ball review:
This is one strong ball! The All Terrain name fits this ball very well. I was able to use it on the fresh and stay with it longer than I usually can with this strong a ball. It reacts well to release and/or speed changes. I expect to see a lot of these on the lanes when they hit pro shops world wide on November 11th.

Ball review:
The new 916AT – All Terrain is going to be a very special ball. It is being launched on PBA Xtraframe with Walter Ray Williams jr. making his debut as a new member of the Track-staff.
Performance wise the 916AT gives me a great amount of hook. It reads the midlane early and well, but still has some backend and good continuation. This will definitely make it a strong ball, which I still can move left with and have it return.
I chose the layout, because most of my high performace balls are drilled either pin over or strong, so I wanted a little weaker layout with a lower pin. I think this will make the 916AT very versatile and a ball that will be a good fit on long oil patterns.
I think the 916AT will be a great ball for medium to long oil patterns and it will probably be positioned right above the 715T.

Ball review:
The 916AT is a very strong ball. It reads the midlane just like 715T, but it’s stronger and with a lot more backend. It’s a ball that requires a fair bit of oil, and when the oil disappears, it’s time to change to something else. I find it’s a bit stronger than the Mission 2.0.
People who are looking for more hook in their game or if you have a high ball speed will really love the new Track 916AT.
