Ball review:

After a couple of years with almost no releases and less popular balls, Track seems to have found something after the merge with Ebonite. Since then, reviews have been very positive overall and I can only support this.

I have used the 505A a lot on medium patterns to be controllable, a thing that is a trademark of the new Track balls. I wanted the same with the 715T, but I took it even further and got it drilled with an unusual lay-out (at least for me). In relation to my PAP, it reads the midlane incredibly good and takes almost all backend out of the ball. This makes it very useful on requiring sport patterns where I have to start to the right and shoot quite straight.

With this drilling I cannot use it from the very inside of the lane, but this can easily be achieved with another drilling (look up drillings of the other staffplayers).

The new Track 715t combines the 715-series core with a new traction-surface. This has made the ball able to handle a lot more oil with the same kind of motion as the other 715-balls.

My 715t flares fairly well and hooks a bunch. The ball needs some oil!
Despite the more aggresive coverstock the 715t is not a really early rolling ball like The Plague and it still maintains length and backendmotion.
I can definitely see the same kind of motion as my 715a – just in a much stronger cover.

The 715t will be a good ball for more oil, but will give a bit more length and backend-pop than most other heavy-oil balls.

Ball review:

715T was a ball I didn’t have the biggest expectations for, because I haven’t played all that much with Track balls in the past.

But all I can say is WOW! I don’t think I have ever had a better reaction through the pins with another ball. 715T is a pretty strong ball, but it still has a lot of backend. The mid lane read is great, but it still manages to continue on the backend compared to other balls with surface. I think this will be a great ball on the more flat and tougher patterns.

Ball review:

I love my 505T because it gives me a lot of mid lane read but it still hooks on the back end. The 715T gives me a similar hook cycle but it can handle more oil. It’s great for inside angles when I have friction to throw at. This aggressive ball reads the mid lane very well which gives me control of the oil pattern.
